QUALITY: The performance of this study greatly exceeded Government expectations for quality. The final reports and documentation were of the highest level of quality and detail, requiring minimal comments from the engineering team, saving VA time and effort. The FMS team raved about the quality of the submission and level of detail in all documents submitted. The quality of the documents proves that this team operates at a high level of accuracy using internal quality control measures that will ensure the VA has the information it needs in this study. Engineering further stated that the few edits required were corrected immediately to the highest quality standards.
