MANAGEMENT: The Triple C management team is far above their competition in regard to management style, communication levels, and ability to adapt to different FMS team and project dynamics. This firm was able to adapt to how the VA specifically wanted the deliverables and how the site visits were to be conducted, making the COR’s job less time-consuming. The Triple C team is knowledgeable, friendly and adaptable to any given situation. Furthermore, the management team responds via email to both contracting and engineering extremely quickly, usually within the hour as the team monitors emails and all forms of communication. This team was always willing and able to balance the facility needs with the milestones of the project.
