His background includes working for both large and small firms in the A&E industry, domestically and internationally, giving him insight into the strengths and weaknesses of different firm sizes.

Tim’s short-term goals (1-5 years) include becoming an effective team leader, encouraging team members to perform their best. He plans to expand his knowledge in high-performance building envelope design, exceeding energy performance standards. Additionally, he seeks to earn credentials such as the CSI CDT (Construction Document Technologist) and possibly the CSI CCS (Certified Construction Specifier).
