Committed to providing exceptionally qualified specialists and exemplary services, Triple C’s Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Services provide Industrial Hygiene professionals and/or Safety professionals who are proficient in the anticipation, recognition, evaluation, and controls management of environmental, safety, and workplace hazards. The EHS specialists evaluate and implement regulatory compliance for environmental, health, and safety standards. They examine work environments and procedures to identify potential chemical, biological, radiological, and physical safety and health hazards that may cause sickness or impaired health among workers or citizens of the community. These Specialists determine the level of exposure through scientific methods: Air, soil, water, and radiological samples are obtained and sent to certified laboratories for analysis. Measurements are taken to evaluate levels of exposure to noise, to thermal stress, and to ionizing/nonionizing radiation. Based upon the determined levels of exposure, the technicians recommend engineering, administrative or personal protective equipment controls and/or efficient ventilation systems to help safeguard workers from potentially hazardous work conditions. Techniques to anticipate and control potentially dangerous situations in the workplace and community are also developed. Health and safety training and education are provided to workplace supervisors and employees to help them understand exposures and safety measures. In addition, the EHS professionals examine ergonomics, lighting, equipment safety, and other conditions in order to establish a safe, comfortable and acceptable work environment. When needed, accident investigations are conducted in order to identify causes and to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
